Motor disabilities: adapted ticket counters and cloakrooms; free wheelchair hire available; gentle slopes and lifts throughout the visitor route; adapted pool and aquarium heights; dedicated seating in the amphitheatre.
Hearing disabilities: magnetic loop at reception and in the amphitheatre; reception staff and mediators trained in sign language; educational information on screens and display panels; connection with an independent guide in French Sign Language possible.
