Journées Européennes du Patrimoine à La Folie de Finfarine

This Sunday 21 September, take a stroll through the unspoilt countryside of La Folie de Finfarine and discover the park in the company of Anthony, a passionate guide and himself a beekeeper, with a unique experience based around honey and bees!

On the programme for the day:

🕯️ from 2.30pm to 5.30pm: Beeswax candle-making workshop, bee make-up and bee wrap. Get creative with our volunteers and leave with your own creations. (continuous workshop)

🦋 at 3pm: "In search of pollinators" There are nearly 1,000 species of bee in France, but we only know one of them: the one that makes honey. And yet butterflies, bumblebees and other insects are super pollinators! (approx. 45 min)

🍯 4pm: "Honey and Bees" guided tour, follow our beekeeper host as he reveals the secrets of how a beehive is organised and how honey is harvested from Finfarine's hives! (approx. 1 hour).

Reduced rates for the 2025 European Heritage Days:
Adults = €11.20
Children (aged 4 to 15) = €7.60
Less than 4 years old = Free
Residents of Poiroux = Free (on presentation of proof)
