RULES :
. A hike is free-paced and non-competitive.
. Respect the highway code.
. Wearing a helmet is compulsory up to the age of 12 and highly
strongly recommended thereafter for safety reasons.
. Under-age children will take part under the responsibility
of an adult.
(Parental authorisation required for unaccompanied minors).
