Villa La Tranche

In the quiet district of Le Phare. At the end of the street, there is the beach and access to the forest.

The villa is located in a quiet area in the dunes (Quartier Le Phare). At the end of the street is the beach (supervised in summer) and access to the forest (with play area, jogging track and cycle path).

The villa itself is spacious, independent, fully equipped and has an enclosed garden.

On the ground floor, the house comprises:
- living room with fireplace, TV, Playstation 4 with games for all ages
- dining room
- fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, combined microwave oven, fridge/freezer)
- bathroom and shower room with towels and bath mats at your disposal (house service)
- 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds
- garage with washing machine and space for your car, surfboards etc.

And on the first floor:
- 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a large office for teleworking
- 1 bathroom with towels and bath mats at your disposal (house service)

The total surface area is 140 m².
The garden with a large terrace is fully walled. At the front there is a driveway where you can park your car. A Weber barbecue is also available.

The house is ideal for families or groups of up to 7 people. The villa is fully equipped.

For the little ones there is available
- a baby cot
- a high chair
- stair gates
- toys and games for indoors and at the beach

If you don't want to take your own bedding with you, we can hire bedding from the house for a small fee (€14.00/single bed and €18.00/double bed).

Wifi
Roaming was abolished in 2017. This was the extra charge you had to pay to use your mobile phone in the European Union. You can therefore continue to use your usual data package at no extra cost. Mobile coverage in Villa La Tranche is generally good, although speeds can vary. When we're here, we use the 'hotspot' function on our phones to connect to the internet, which works perfectly.

The area around the house
The house is in the quiet neighbourhood of "Le Phare", named after the white lighthouse in the area. You can hear the sea in the garden! At the end of the street (about 390 metres) is the access to the beach. In summer the beach is supervised.
Near the house is a large playground / playground for young and old. It is a short walk of about seven minutes. For your bread, croissants and pains de chocolat right next to the house, there is a small chalet with a bread depot.
