Situated 400 metres from the beaches and the town centre, our house, known as “La Villa Soleil”, is the perfect base for a holiday centred around walking or cycling. The 86m² villa can accommodate up to 8 people; it comprises a large 35 m² main living area with an open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 with a 140 bed, 1 with 2 90 beds that can be pushed together, 1 with a 140 bed and two single bunk beds), 1 shower room and separate toilet, and 1 small shower room in the fourth bedroom. The kitchen, which forms an integral part of the main living area, is fully equipped with crockery, a dishwasher, a washing machine, induction hobs, an electric oven and a microwave… The garden (with sand and wooden decking) features a large table, chairs, sun loungers, a barbecue and a shelter for bikes or surfboards.
