Rates for 2025-2026
- We charge a commission of 24% inclusive of tax on the rental income, covering all the services mentioned. Tenants are responsible for their own cleaning/linen.
- Let's take an example for a €1000 reservation
100 will be deducted for cleaning (payable by the tenants/price varies depending on the property).
This leaves €900 of rental income after the household has been deducted.
A commission of 24% is applied to this €900, so 900 x 0.24 = €216.
The owner therefore receives €684 (900 - 216)
